I love this picture of Scotch! He just has the most adorable markings I've ever seen ~ how cute is that black spot on his bum!?!?!?! The funny thing about this spot is that its one of his favourite places to be scratched! So there you have it, God has gifted him with a designated "scratch here" mark so his humans will never forget where he likes it!
Scotch's elbows are callused - a sign of laying on hard surfaces so its no wonder that he gravitates to plush things like this soft bed & fleece blankets! One of his most favourite things to do is to plop on it after a good play and wiggle around in the covers until he finds his sweet spot. He likes to get his beauty sleep you know :)
Then.....when he can hear footsteps coming towards him, he starts turning his body sideways........
Until he assumes the full-on "rub my belly" position! It's a classic move that makes us smile everytime!
(PS- if you're wondering about his skin its perfectly normal ~ just like big freckles!)
Oh, that's too adorable! Princess, our dog, does the same thing. She's a Loyal Rescue, too - we got her in October. :)
